Your gift this Disability Pride Month helps thousands of New Jerseyans with disabilities live, learn, work, and thrive
For more than 75 years, Easterseals New Jersey has been changing lives across every county in our state. We provide employment services, residential supports, behavioral health programs, and community resources to more than 4,200 individuals each year.
Right now, federal and state funding cuts are creating real gaps in the programs that make this work possible. This July, during Disability Pride Month, we are asking for your help to keep the doors open.

Bryan -- Behavioral Health / Integrated Case Management
Bryan spent twelve years as a volunteer firefighter, rising to captain. When he lost his mother, went through a divorce, and lost his home all within a short period of time, he experienced his first mental health crisis. He came to Easterseals NJ for support, and with the steady guidance of his case manager Kristen, a 29-year ENJ veteran, he began rebuilding. This past spring, his firehouse named him Firefighter of the Year.
Umur -- Supported Employment
Umur came to Easterseals NJ with a clear goal: find a meaningful job. Over eight months, Employment Specialist Yamirah worked alongside him through weekly meetings, interviews, and job fairs. Today, Umur is employed at a company he genuinely loves and preparing for his next chapter. His words: "You were a big part, and a supportive, nice lady, and that's very important."
